Ihya Ramadan 2020

The anticipation of the month of Ramadan Al-Mubarak will definitely be missed by all Muslims around the world, especially Malaysia who continue to want to seize blessings in this month full of wisdom. Therefore, to celebrate the arrival of the month, the National Level Ihya ‘Ramadan Launching Ceremony of 1437H / 2016M was held at the Muktamar Hall of the Islamic Center, Kuala Lumpur. This event is jointly organized by the Malaysian Islamic Development Department (JAKIM) and all agencies under the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department. It was completed by YB Senator Dato ‘Dr. Asyraf Wajdi Dato ‘Dusuki, Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department. The event informed the community about the programs that will be organized by Islamic agencies in the Federal Territory during this Ramadan. At the event, MAIWP also presented a contribution of RM1.4 million to all mosques and suraus in the Federal Territory for the implementation of activities during Ramadan this year. YB Senator Dato ’Dr. Asyraf Wajdi also presented MAIWP Aidilfitri Aid to 25,000 asnafs in addition to the distribution of fidyah rice.
