The Penang Temple Fair is supported by the Penang State Government, organized by the Joint Committee of the Ancestral Halls of Penang State, and planned and coordinated by “Heirer”. The Penang Temple Fair covers 23 ancestral halls in the historic area of George Town. Every year, according to different themes of the temple fair, various cultural treasures are curated, allowing the public to visit freely, and learning many history textbooks that are not mentioned. Cultural assets. There are a variety of cultural stalls, exhibitions, and interactive activities on about 12 large and small streets within the scope of the activity; there are also 14 large and small stages set up in various corners to present cultural singing and dancing performances of different hometowns at the same time, which is very exciting! As early as March this year, the volunteer team of Penang Temple Fair started the preparatory model, setting up a curatorial team for every ancestral hall in the historic site area, collecting information and planning the way of display as much as possible. At present, our volunteers are from 10 to 80 years old. Just like I am 13 years old this year and I am 18 years old this year, I can also join the ranks of cultural heritage!
