Hey guys! It’s the end of March and this is our usual Monthly update on Life at Tourplus. Hope all is well and remember to always stay safe. With the worsening Covid-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, we in Tourplus have been officially working from home since 18 Mar. This is to ensure that we are doing our part on following the MCO guideline and help flatten the curve of the covid-19 pandemic.

Janda Baik Company Trip

Just two weeks before the government implement the Movement Control Order, we organise a company trip to Janda Baik. In Tourplus we highly encouraged activities for companies due to the fact that these trips serve as great rewards to employees. After all, happy employees are the very foundation that makes a happy working environment within a company.  Even though its a short but this provides the chance to rest, relax and rejuvenate their mind and body. Such an incentive definitely gives plenty of space to take a breather away from the tasks at work.

Work From Home

Starting from 18th March 2020, staff in Tourplus have been working from home. This is to ensure that we are doing our part on following the MCO guideline and helps flatten the curve of the covid-19 pandemic. And it’s realistic to assume that shifting to the ‘home office’ will become the new normal for many of us for a while, given the announcement by the World Health Organization that the coronavirus has officially reached ‘pandemic’ status. Some employees will be working from home for the first time, which means figuring out how to stay on task in a new environment that may not lend itself to productivity. Don’t worry we are here to help with tips that can help you to get the most out of your remote work hours.
