8. The Baba & Nyonya Heritage Museum

The Baba Nyonya House Museum is a museum in Melaka City, Melaka, Malaysia. It is also known as the Baba Nyonya Heritage Museum. It tells the narrative of Melaka’s ethnic Chinese-Malays, known as Baba-Nyonya or Peranakan. The home is made up of three terrace lots that the Chan family purchased in 1861. The house was a home to four generations before it was turned into a museum in March 1985.
